In addition to their wide selection of name-brand mattresses, Mattress Warehouse also maintains their own factory, producing their own quality name brand mattress. Mattress Warehouse Customer Reviews

There has been some criticism directed toward the company. Almost all of the complaints revolve around the return policy. All customers, whether they purchase at the store or online, should be aware that the company has a no returns/no refund policy. As such, it is very important to determine whether the mattress is right for you before you buy. Even the replacement of defective or wrongly-delivered products is subject to additional delivery fees. Therefore, it is very important that all customers inspect their purchases carefully upon delivery to ensure they have received the correct items and there are no defects.

Another problem, common to buying a mattress anywhere, is the warranty. Most mattresses come with warranties of generally 10 years and beyond.  However, these warranties come with many caveats and restrictions.  Be sure to fully understand the circumstances that the warranty applies to. We suggest that if you purchase a mattress at Mattress Warehouse or any other retailer, that you also register your purchase with that manufacturer. Many of the largest manufacturers allow you to do that online (remember the old fill-in cards that came with every major purchase that we almost never mailed?).  Unfortunately, getting companies to honor their warranty can be a prolonged process.
